Thanks for the feedback everyone, new cutting board and cutting technique for salmon nigiri
I'm so confused is this nigiri for ants or the world's biggest lemon and cutting board?
Either way I'd love to be an ant rn Huge thanks to /u/SushiDaddy420 for helping me sort out slicing for nigiri. I cut the belly loin to 8 cm blocks and then cut perpendicular as [they recommended here](https://www.reddit.com/r/sushi/comments/w5apvh/prepping_salmon_for_nigiri_and_salmon_block_cost/ih6xh1l/). I was able to make neta down to the last slice without it falling apart
