Triton (トリトン) sushi in Maruyama Park in Sapporo. Hardly have to wait, superb quality and cheap! You won't find a better deal on Hokkaido. Now, the shop in Tokyo on the other hand has a permanent 2 hour line. The uni and the ikura were divine. Highly recom
