View is ok, but the staff not beautiful, atmosphere was very cold, and felt not welcome at all. We left after 1 drink and ate in the wine lounge that was great!

Everything was delicious. The service was excellent (and bilingual). The view is fantastic. Only issue: a bit pricey.
