By far the WORST Starbucks. They only make money bc they?re in a hospital. They do NOT know how to make Starbucks coffee and are not even hired by Starbucks.
15 minutes to get a cup of coffee, no cream, no sweet and low or equal.....this place is subpar....

I work at SBMC and frequently visit this location. I asked the barista to remake my drink and they were highly unprofessional and openly poking fun.
Sat at the same table yesterday, and it's still had not been wiped clean. We're still in the midst of a pandemic Starbucks!..????
