the barbacoa is mostly fat. I take a bite from my taco get chew fat feeling meat. the tamale were so old, only the middle was warm soft enough to eat.

I ordered a dozen breakfast tacos in a variety and all wer so delicious! Tortillas made fresh. Always a good experience and they are very kind.
